coaching & consulting:teacher

You...

  • don't know anymore how to get a grip on your students?
  • lose faith in yourself as a teacher or professor?
  • feel that you are no longer up to date as a teacher or professor?
  • notice that you are getting bored with your methods & material?
  • have problems with colleagues?
  • suffer from the thought that your colleagues believe you are »incompetent«?
  • would like to change your profession, but you lack drive & courage?
  • feel disadvantaged?
  • are on the verge of a burn-out?
  • are simply exhausted? ...

If you ask yourself: »Is coaching or consulting helpful?« I cannot answer that question any more than your own mind can. - I myself worked as a professor in universities and curriculum consultant in elementary schools for over 13 years. So I know about the rough spots first hand. Sure, there are many factors involved. Starting with the students, with their parents and demographic environment, with colleagues, with our educational system and paradigmatic regulations, etc. They all represent limits that are beyond the reach of you as an individual. However, there is one factor that you can very well address: The way it affects YOU. In short, even if you cannot reduce the load, you can reduce the burden. At least you can try. - Seeking advice from a coach simply means: Find out if a tiny but very powerful gene has found its way in. Big problems don't mean big causes or require big solutions. Most of the time it's little things that have crept in—automated behaviors. Automations you can no longer see.—It is my job to help you see again: if, when, where, how and against what they act.

Because each situation is different, prices are negotiable in principle.
However – I must offer you the following benchmark:

single sessions
60 – 90 minutes
EUR 100

multiple sessions
2 – 8 sessions
open to negotiation

how and wherever:
if you think you are stuck, you don’t max out all potentials
or you simply like to reflect: I am happy to help.
